Thursday Mornings at The Art Stables
Reconnect, Rebalance, Revitalise
I teach a 90 minute open (suitable for all levels) hatha yoga class from 11.30am – 1.00pm on Thursday mornings in the beautiful, light yoga studio at The Art Stables, 80 East End Road, Finchley, London, N3 2SY. The studio has an air purifier and hand sanitiser and mats will be distanced.
My Thursday morning class is primarily a movement-based yang class, concluding with a ‘yin’ practice of longer holds to nourish fascia and restorative poses to facilitate conscious rest.
The price is £14 per class. A 5-class pass is £60.

All classes at The Art Stables are taught in three terms per annum: Winter, Summer and Autumn. Each term is usually 10 weeks long, with a half term break.
AUTUMN 2021 TERM DATES: THURSDAY 23 SEPTEMBER – THURSDAY 2 DECEMBER. THURSDAY 28 OCTOBER IS HALF TERM.
WINTER TERM 2022 BEGINS THURSDAY 13 JANUARY 2022.
No two bodies are the same and a key foundational principle of yoga is to respect the unique nature of each individual body. I will suggest modifications to accommodate individual needs, including injuries and medical conditions.
How to Find The Art Stables
It is a 10-15 minute walk from Finchley Central underground station and a 20-30 minute walk from East Finchley underground station, both of which are on the Northern line.
The following bus routes run nearby: 13, 125, 143, 326 and 460. Of these, the 143 stops closest to the centre.
A lot of free parking is available both on East End Road and in the neighbouring side streets, but there are some residents’ parking restrictions around school drop off/collection times so please double check the signs.
